NewQuest Analytics is led by highly educated social entrepreneurs who combined
more than 30 years of business experience in the private and public sectors.
Wilfried Afopa is founder and director of NewQuest Analytics LLC, a Texas-based organization. He has extensive experience of managing and analyzing business and financial data in the United States. In recent years, his role as an international consultant at the US Treasury Department led him to put his knowledge of the financial sector to good use in developing countries, including Madagascar, a country he is fond of.
He holds an MBA from Babson College, Wellesley, Massachusetts, and is a graduate of Economics from the University of Paris Panthéon Sorbonne, France. His profile is resolutely international; he lives in the United States and has also lived in France and Senegal, where he founded and directed an elementary school for underprivileged children in an impoverished Dakar suburb from 1999 to 2005.
Fenoriky Arthur TSIRINASY is a programmer analyst at the Ministry of Education and has contributed to the implementation of new solutions to remedy the intrinsic problems of the education system.
In recent years, his great interest in creativity and innovation has led him to contribute to local development in his home region of Sava, the northeastern region of Madagascar, where most of the population produces vanilla and other spices. He has already helped some vanilla producers to improve their visibility on the internet.
He is a graduate in industrial computer engineering from the École Supérieure Polytechnique d'Antsiranana (Diego Suarez) of Madagascar which is closely linked to the Ecole Supérieure Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne in Switzerland.
